A common approach is to use acronyms. Typically, the acronym is given in brackets following the first usage of the technical term, and the acronym is used instead of the technical term. A glossary can also be used to define acronyms. (p. 95)

Communication as a process is the transferring of a message from the sender (communicator) to the receiver (audience) through an appropriate channel. The process may include a feedback from the receiver to the sender. (p. 80)
